RSL Active has teamed up with Chef Ha Nguyen, Chief Instructor and Director of Otao Kitchen.

As part of Veterans' Health Week (VHW) this live 1½ hour class will guide you through the techniques of creating that perfect dumpling.

The online class will be held on Monday 26 October from 5.00pm - 6.30pm via Zoom.

To participate

  • Participation is free to Veterans residing in Victoria. Registration is essential as the class size is limited.
  • In order to register you must be a Veteran, however families in the same household wishing to participate can do so from the same device. You don't need to provide the number and names of any additional family members participating.
  • You will receive a confirmation email confirming your registration.
  • A separate email with the Zoom link to access the class and list of ingredients will be emailed to you prior to the class.
